UPDATE: I received my Royal Doulton Collie today -- a long journey for the piece, from Maine to Miami, then via our Mail Forwarding Service to Panama City before finally making the journey to us near the Costa Rican Border by truck. The piece is in absolutely pristine condition and so well packed, as I knew it would be. Having dealt with Maureen over the internet for several months while she was trying to obtain this piece for me, I quickly realized that she is proud of her business, customer oriented and her number one concern is customer satisfaction.
